Training

Mutual understanding is a crucial catalyst to the perfect team dynamic. Hence we opted for a team building training that gave us a much better understanding about each other. The training, done by Terence Yeung from Tacsen, was based on the MBTI model. The results were unexpected. In a way, we were so different yet so similar!
